The health and safety of our church family remains a high priority at Sacred. We also believe in solidarity and partnership with our community and civic organizations. Due to the growing COVID-19 concern and doing our part to limit its spread, our church leadership has decided to shift on-site Sunday services to online for March 15 and March 22. We are encouraging families to do Church at Home and to watch our live stream on Facebook or Instagram at 10:00 AM, Sundays. Midweek ministries will also be suspended, though we encourage you to gather with friends and other believers as you are able. We will also be adding some additional, innovative types of ministry during this season.
We are unsure of the date we will be able to resume onsite services. As this is a very fast-changing situation, and we will let you know if things change so please stay tuned for any updates.
If you sick, home and feeling isolated, or in need, please remember to contact Pastor Kathy and our team at (650) 278-8490 by call or text. You can also e-mail PK at KathyC@Sacred.Church.
Last but not least, while the concern for the coronavirus is real, let’s remember that God is in control, and that He is our Comforter and Mighty Fortress. Let’s also continue to pray for the safety of our nation and that God’s peace would push away any atmosphere of fear. Pray for healthcare workers, and that the spread of the virus is slowed to allow for doctors, nurses, and hospitals to respond.
